Definiti offers a 401(k) retirement plan through John Hancock to support employees in saving for their future.
- Eligibility: Employees become eligible to contribute after 90 days of continuous employment
- Company Match: Definiti will match 4% of contributions
- Auto-Enrollment: Employees are automatically enrolled at 6% on a pre-tax basis, unless they choose to opt out or modify their enrollment
As employees approach their eligibility date, they will receive an invitation to register for the John Hancock online portal. Once registered, employees can manage all aspects of their retirement plan, including enrollment options, contribution changes, and investment selections.
